I learned several new things last week finishing up a new phone installation and troubleshooting a longer standing issue.

1. The Cisco 8821 firmware needs some more work. There have been several bugs in the past code and with the release of 11.0.3SR5, which resolves several of those bugs, introduced and issue with Softkey templates not working.

2. MGCP controlling a PRI needs caller id included in the setup message to pass correctly to a SCCP port

3. Enabling Jumbo frames on a Cisco CUBE causes SNR on a SIP Trunk even through every other call goes out fine
